With this information, our expert team creates a detailed, to-scale drawing and design that incorporates all of your needs and preferences.
Once the design is finalized, we present it to you for review and approval. We take great care to ensure that every detail meets your expectations and aligns with your vision. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we welcome any feedback or revisions to ensure that the final design exceeds your expectations.
With an approved design in hand, we proceed to calculate all necessary measurements and details to provide you with an accurate cost for the project. Once your contract is signed, we begin assembling the permit packet, gathering the required engineering documentation and additional paperwork necessary for permit approval. Depending on the municipality, this process typically takes 4-6 weeks.
Once the permit is secured, we pencil in the project timeline and schedule. Our team coordinates with you to determine the most convenient start date for construction. With permits processed and schedules aligned, we are ready to bring your vision to life.
The build timeline and strategy vary depending on factors such as the type of pool chosen (Gunite, Fiberglass, Container Pool) and the extent of additional features like landscaping, outdoor kitchens, patios, or putting greens.
